This traditional home provided great bones to build upon and customize to meet our client’s family-focused needs.
From small details like the use of easy to care for performance fabrics to larger updates like the addition of a zellige tile wall in the kitchen to juxtapose and balance an original brick wall, each decision was made with family gatherings and functional daily life in mind.
Functionality, however, did not overpower form, and details like picture molding in the dining room added elegance and style. Custom wrap-around corner bar railings in the kitchen keep items safely in place while also making a statement.
A more modern approach to the living room’s built-ins create a relaxed and modern atmosphere where the family spends their time together. Mixed metals layered with a neutral backdrop create visual interest, but also keep the overall design calm and serene.
A traditional, sophisticated approach to the primary bathroom resulted in a timeless design our clients can enjoy for decades to come.
